App worked fine today!

Last month or so I tried to greenbacks a gov't. Educational pmt. refund during Coronovirus, just this app wouldn't approve check & didn't bother to let me know why? So, I couldn't get check put into my bank business relationship. Would similar to run across this app requite you lot options & tell u what to practise. Could I retry?
A couple of weeks ago I tried to cash this check that I cashed today & the app did some strange things, like not bring the app up at all. I retried several times & no go. Idea app was compromised or maybe my account compromised. Tried to delete app & reload...didn't work. I only now got back to trying to greenbacks this check. App came upwardly & seemed normal, took my last password, then prompted me to exercise new countersign & added face psswrd & worked well after I updated my card expiration date. Since my Depository financial institution is not hither where I alive, it's very hard to cash or deposit checks my clients requite me & then my Bank said I should use InGo & it's worked for me outside of some app/check issues that weren't resolved. Thanks for making improvements to ur app.

We do apologize that the service took longer than information technology has usually been taking. Every bit a issue of Covid 19 more people have been using the service. We would similar to thanks for understanding.

HONEST REVIEW Afterward WEEKS OF USE

OK then I downloaded this app considering I wanted to be able to instantly have access to my money from my check. The process was very self-explanatory, and it actually didn't seem like they would be much of an upshot. I looked at the reviews before I got this app and information technology kind of turned me abroad from it but I decided to give it a chance anyways. At present I've been using this app for near two to three weeks, and information technology works great. The ONLY issue I ever have is that I approximate they can't read the pictures considering information technology always says that information technology can't read the bottom of my check. Now this happens possibly two or 3 times and yeah, it is abrasive. BUT, after the third try check goes through and after y'all apply the app a few times, yous tin can cash your check most instantly considering all the verification process is over with. I requite this app three stars mainly because of that issue, but one time they prepare it and I tin take one picture ane fourth dimension and cash my bank check correct in that location, believe me that 5 stars take been earned. So all in all, smashing app because it really performs the function that information technology was created for, it's just something you accept to try a few times for the sensor to selection up the whole bank check. Hope this helps!

Account airtight with no observe or communication

I've used Ingo for months now. Possibly the meliorate part of a year. I had a check given to me that I was unaware had my proper name misspelled.

I attempted to contact the company via email, had no response. I engaged in a chat on their website, which resulted in me being told my account would be reviewed and I would hear back about their findings, I got no such correspondence. I and so initiated some other chat on their website, where I was informed all of a sudden that my account was completely closed. Which happened with no notification to me! I proceeded to enquire why and wanted an explanation. They said "my check presented an elevated risk". Merely none of the other checks I cashed from the exact same institution were ever a problem. I asked her to be less vague and got the response "we can't go into further detail". She couldn't tell ME well-nigh what was wrong with MY account. And the lady chatting with me put no farther effort into trying to resolve the problem or inform me every bit to how I tin approach it to get information technology resolved.

I have no issue with the fact that a misspelled name was flagged, but I have multiple issues with the lack of effort to resolve the issue with someone (Rhonda) who claimed to be on the Customer Service leadership team!
